Later, they head to Reading to deal with the owner of a dry-cleaning business who has run up a substantial debt for non-payment of rent. Meanwhile, Paul and Steve attempt to reclaim £30,000 in rent arrears from a man described by his tenants as a member of a ruthless and possibly violent gang, and later head to Essex to evict a young mum and her two children for non-payment of rent, but discover that she has nowhere to go.
