Cybill feels neglected when Maryann becomes preoccupied with her new boyfriend Bob, a bassoonist with the Philharmonic. Lost without her best friend, Cybill tries spending more quality time with her family (who are not interested), then hooks up with old friend Patty, who unfortunately brings her two small children along to lunch. Synopsis
